“Olivia and her team were fantastic to work with. We were especially impressed with how she kicked off the process with a very thorough intake of both my and my husbands (differing) ideals. Then, at our first showing we were super impressed by Olivia’s knowledge of house “stuff” - electrical, heating, propane, etc. she asked a lot of questions of the sellers agent that went way over our heads. “We had such a great experience with Olivia, who helped us get a home we weren't sure would ever materialize. In fact, she did it twice -- the first time, the home we put an offer on turned out to have structural issues that could have become a major problem down the line, and Olivia was the first to say that we shouldn't move forward with the deal. A couple of months later, we found another, even better place, and Olivia got us over the finish line.
She's realistic while staying optimistic, knows the Boston area like the back of her hand, always available to talk but never pushy.
